Story behind the song
Hello and welcome to SoundCLICK Music Ministries of Bordergate Baptist. We are so glad to have you here. We have been waiting on you, see we knew that God appointed a time for you to visit us and I guess it's today. I just want to take the time to tell you that God loves you very much. Just look at what He did for you and me. John 3:16. For God so loved the world (YOU), that he gave his only begotten Son (JESUS), that whosoever (IF YOU) believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:17. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world (YOU); but that the world (YOU) through him might be saved. John 3:18. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. We uploaded this song here on the web to show the positive side of life, which is, God. He is the most positive thing that we know and we hope to reflect that to all who hears this song. God changes things. We ask for nothing and accept what God blesses us with. We hope that we can be a blessing to you and your family. Bordergate Baptist Family, Macau China
Lyrics
Cast your burden on the Lord and he will make it light Come unto him, ye heavy laden Find your rest in Christ Bring him your sorrows, all your grief Lay every weakness at his feet He will sustain you, give you peace And lead you into life Cast your burden on the Lord and he will heal your soul Place on his altar all your sin and he will bear its toll Bring him your blindness born of pride Give him your broken heart to bind It was for this he bled and died: That he might make you whole Cast your burden on the Lord and he will carry you home He will attend you and defend through perils yet unknown Put your unwavering trust in him Christ, your constant heavenly friend Hath graven you in the palms of his hands And ne'er forsakes his own
